Refund Policy

We stand behind our service. If you're not satisfied with RankTools within the first 30 days, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you meet all of the following conditions:
- Your refund request is made within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
- This is your first subscription with RankTools
- You have not previously received a refund from us
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- Partial-month or unused-time refunds after cancellation
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, reach out via our contact page with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
4. Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are processed through Polar, our payment provider.
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard to prevent future charges. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — you must explicitly request one if you are within the eligible period.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your refund eligibility.
